All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@dmpixels.com within 3 days of delivery.
We will investigate and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
9. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling and return shipping fee.
