Return & Refund Policy
Overview
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags included. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Custom-made photo products created using your own images are non-returnable.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions along with a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@dmpixels.com so we can resolve the issue.

Hidden defects must be reported within 3 days
If an issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or, if not possible, a full refund including shipping.
Liability & Shipping Responsibility
While we work with trusted suppliers and shipping partners, DM Pixels is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by third-party carriers or production partners.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@dmpixels.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
DM Pixels’ responsibility is limited to replacing the product or issuing a refund where appropriate.
Exceptions (Non-returnable Items)
The right of return does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized photo products

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
By approving your design before production, you acknowledge that the product is custom-made and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
However, this does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, as these are produced according to your specific requirements.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Disputes
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in case of any dispute.
