Do you offer NFC products, and how do they work?

Yes, we offer NFC-enabled products. NFC (Near Field Communication) allows users to interact with your product simply by tapping it with their smartphone. This can instantly trigger actions such as opening a website, sharing contact details, or displaying custom content — creating a seamless and engaging experience.

Do you offer bulk or business orders?

We offer custom printed products such as personalized magnets and accessories. Each product is made to order using your submitted images or designs, making every item unique.

Can I use my own photos or designs?

Yes! You can upload your own photos or designs when placing your order.
By doing so, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.

Where do you ship and how much does shipping cost?

Currently, we ship within Sweden only 🇸🇪

Delivery time: 2–7 business days after the product has been shipped from us

We are planning to expand shipping to Finland, Norway, and Germany in the near future.

For international orders, shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and may be higher than domestic shipping.

What is your return or refund policy?

Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

However, if your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

If a return is approved for any reason not caused by an error on our side, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report any visible issues immediately upon receiving the package.

Once shipped, delivery times are approximately:

Sweden: 2–7 business days
Europe: 4–10 business days

Will my image quality be good enough?

For best results, we recommend uploading high-resolution images.

If your image quality is too low, we may contact you before production to ensure the best possible result.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update it. Otherwise, additional shipping fees may apply.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes! You can ship your order directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout.
